We ask you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you some time to check-in, enjoy a refreshing glass of water, fill out or update your personal profile and relax. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that we can provide your complete treatment and avoid inconveniences to other clients.
Please book appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You won't be charged at time of booking, payment will be collected in store after your appointment. We may also contact you prior to your treatment to confirm your appointment time.
We understand that you may be running late to your appointment, so please do call us and let us know as we do have other bookings. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Guest who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hour notice. Changing an appointment with less that 24 hour’s notice, will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If you have an appointment with us and decide not to show up at all without notice, we will be taking a 50% no show fee. If you no show on a booking using a Groupon or Scoopon voucher the voucher will be redeemed and the value lost. If you do not arrive for 3 consecutive appointments without notice, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Light & Beyond Massage.
Please inform us if you are pregnant or have any allergies or health concerns so we can adapt the treatment to your needs. All treatments are suitable for both men and women.
Gift vouchers are available for all services. We can accommodate specific requests, corporate and group packages. For any special celebrations allow us to make your experience memorable.
Light and Beyond is a NON sexual service. Any sexual behaviour towards any staff member or client will not be tolerated. This includes any sexual comments, innuendoes or sexual physical contact. You will be asked to leave immediately.
Abuse toward any staff member or client will also NOT be tolerated. This includes physical violence or verbal abuse. You will be asked to leave immediately.
HEALTH REBATE:
Rebates from you health funds are available. Sorry no HICAPS available but can be processed directly with your health fund. Please ask for an invoice if required.
Health rebate from your health fund not available when you use a voucher from a 3rd party such as Groupon and Scoopon. Payment is taken with 3rd parties and no invoice is given from Light and Beyond Massage in this instance.
